Correspondingly, the upper horizontal section is equipped with a low convex arc section frame and a low middle frame support leg (with a head frame height H0=1000mm), a Chinese convex arc section frame and a Chinese middle frame support leg (with a head frame height H0=1100-1500mm), and a high convex arc section frame and a high middle frame support leg (with a head frame height H0=1600-2000mm).
2. Tilt section: Regardless of whether the upper horizontal section uses low, medium, or high middle frame legs, the tilt section uses low middle frame legs. When the inclination angle of the conveyor is greater than or equal to 45 °, it is recommended to use Type II low middle frame support legs.
3. Lower horizontal section: The lower horizontal section adopts a low middle frame support leg.

It is the power part in the conveyor. The system consists of a Y series electric motor, a ZJ type shaft mounted reducer, and a wedge type backstop.
3. Drive drum:
It is the main component of power transmission, and the conveyor belt runs through the friction between it and the transmission drum. This series of transmission rollers can be divided into rubber surface and smooth surface. Rubber surface rollers are used to increase the adhesion between the roller and the conveyor belt.
4. Change direction drum:
Used to change the running direction of the conveyor belt. The reversing drum is used for the lower surface of the conveyor belt (non bearing surface).
5. Pressure roller:
Used to change the running direction of the conveyor belt, the belt roller is used on the upper surface (bearing surface) of the conveyor belt.
6. Roller:

7. Belt roller:

8. Vertical roller:
